Shipping Policy

2. Incorrect Shipping Information: BunniBoo Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Double-check your shipping information before completing your order, as it cannot be changed once entered.
3. Stolen, Lost, or Damaged Shipments: Once your order is shipped and in the carrier's possession, BunniBoo Cosmetics is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or delay. Please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
4. Order Cancellation: You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Customized orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation. To request a cancellation, email us at bunniboocosmetics@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final: Due to sanitary reasons, BunniBoo Cosmetics does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly.
3. Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, contact the carrier immediately to initiate a claim. While we cannot directly resolve shipping-related issues, we will provide guidance and support as needed.
Exchanges
1. We only replace items if we have sent you the wrong item(s). To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original condition. Contact us to get your exchange request approved and processed. Email us at bunniboocosmetics@gmail.com.

Once your order is shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to ensure safe and timely delivery. Contact the carrier directly for issues like lost, stolen, or damaged items.
